This 5 axis tufting machine is usually for making many different combs. Toilet brushes and brooms.
Machine's features(parameters):
1. Tufting mode: Oblate mode or martin mode
2. Length of bristle (unfolded): 10 to 45mm
3. Tufting speed: 180 to 360 holes/minute
4. XYH itinerary: 400 x 250 x 220mm (which can be customized on demand)
5. The motor of radial movements with speeds up maximum to 3000 rpm
6. Maximum store holes: 8, 000
7. Filament container: Double color or single color
8. For using transducer and brake motor, the motor speed can be adjusted optionally
9. Suitable for plastic and wooden brush handles
10. Easy to change design, only need to change gripper
11. Holes distribution can be freely designed
